Theology and Religion
Hesburgh Libraries’ collections and service support research theology and religion. The heart of the circulating theology and religion collection (call number range BL-BX) can be found on floors 11-13 of the Hesburgh Library. Reference materials with significant, non-circulating theology/religion holdings can be found in the Hesburgh Library 1st Floor reference collection, Medieval Institute Reading Room (7th Floor), and Theology Reference (12th Floor) :
The librarian for theology and religion, Alan Krieger, provides research consultations to students and faculty in one-on-one, small group, or classroom settings. His expertise includes helping to define a research topic, finding and evaluating sources, and acquiring needed resources for specific projects when they are available.
