Hesburgh Libraries

Lokmobiles may be rented at the 1st floor Circulation Desk for a fee of $10. They may be used within Hesburgh Library to secure library material you have borrowed. Material that is not properly checked out to you will be removed and returned to the appropriate shelving location.

Lokmobile rental guidelines:

1. All library material kept in a lokmobile must be checked out.
2. Do not store food or electrical devices in a lokmobile.
3. Library employees will periodically check lokmobiles and will take appropriate steps to correct violations.
4. Lokmobiles may be parked in most open areas of Hesburgh Library. Do not park them in meeting, reading, or study rooms.
5. Lokmobiles must be turned in at the Circulation Desk or renewed at the end of each semester. Contact Circulation Services at circ@nd.edu to return or renew your lokmobile.
6. No additional fee is charged for a renewal.
7. A $25 replacement charge will be assessed for lost lokmobile keys.
