Resource Delivery Department Customer Service Pledge

We pledge to:

- always welcome you with prompt, professional, and courteous service.
- provide you with information that is current and accurate. If unsure, our staff will find a more knowledgeable person to assist you.
- work continually to streamline and improve our services.
- fully inform you of the procedures required for requesting materials through Interlibrary Loan or Document Delivery.
- have staff available from 8:00a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday to assist you.
- promptly return your telephone calls and respond to your email inquires.
- process your interlibrary loan and document delivery requests within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) and provide rush service when necessary.
- notify you promptly when your interlibrary loan material arrives.
- keep you informed on the status of your requests and promptly advise you if we have exhausted all possibilities.always encourage feedback and actively listen.
