History and Philosophy of Science

Hesburgh Libraries’ collections and services provide support to research on the history and philosophy of science. Relevant print materials are located in the Hesburgh Library. The librarian for biological sciences, Carolyn Scearce, provides research consultations to students and faculty in one-on-one, small group, or classroom settings. Her expertise includes finding and making sense of sources and narrowing a research question.
