Serving the History Department but also supporting those doing historical research in American studies, classics, East Asian studies, English, Latin American studies, political science, and numerous other disciplines, the history collections include books, serials, journals, and other online resources. In addition, Rare Books & Special Collections has extensive holdings including rare books, historical manuscripts, maps, printed ephemera, and other archival materials. University Archives holds extensive records, papers, photographs, printed material, and audio-visual material that document the life of the Catholic Church and her people as lived in the American context.
