The exhibit tour will be accompanied by an open house featuring additional items and objects on display from the Joyce Sports Research Collection related to the history of HBCU football and the history of African American athletes.
Brief remarks by the curator about the exhibit will begin at 2:15pm, but visitors will be able to see the exhibit and browse the additional historical material on display for the open house at any time between 2:00pm and 4:00pm.
This event is co-sponsored by the Sport, Media, and Culture Minor.
