The mission of Visual Resources Center is to provide faculty, students and the Notre Dame community with resources and technology in visual literacy. The VRC facilitates access to our distinct digital image collection to enrich the education experience.
We supply multimedia content for the purpose of classroom instruction, student media presentations and faculty research. Through the Hesburgh Libraries instruction sessions, we provide support to visual literacy and multimedia instruction for courses in the Art, Art History & Design Department, the Writing and Rhetoric Program and other disciplines within the College of Arts & Letters.
|Located in 216 Riley Hall, the VRC is immersed in a collegial atmosphere steeped in visual research outside the classroom.|
