Description:
 Head and arm of a man coming out of a boat on the waves; a crossed mast without sails but flying a banner; on each tip of the boat, a bird (life of St. Antoninus); appended to an act of August 1267: procuration agreement of the inhabitants of Pamiers to treat for peace with the king of France
