The Center for Digital Scholarship supports Geographic Information Systems (GIS), a system of hardware and software used for storage, retrieval, mapping, and analysis of geographic data.  Center staff are experienced and can assist patrons with the generation of images from spatial data and spatial data analysis.

The Center for Digital Scholarship is equipped with high performance PCs to facilitate GIS scholarship. Some of these GIS tools are also accessible via the Center’s classroom.  Tools available for GIS via the Center include:
